Overturning a 0-2 deficit in Serie A is rare. To do it twice in a row is even rarer. Inter have turned the upset into a sign of their strength, but also a warning signal.

Cristian Chivu's team has shown superior offensive potential in the first weeks of the season, with 9 different scorers and 14 goals in five matches between the championship and the Champions League. The depth of the group has allowed the Romanian coach to rotate and carefully manage the strengths of the main players.

By comparison, Arsenal have only 5 different goalscorers, Manchester City 4, Real Madrid 6, while PSG and Barcelona have 7 each, although the Catalans have scored a total of 25 goals in 6 matches. Among the big European teams, only Bayern Munich has activated more different goalscorers, a total of 10. This is the status that Inter have transmitted in these first weeks of the season, giving a feeling of supremacy similar to what Bayern Munich displays in the Bundesliga.

"The season will be long, I need everyone," was Chivu's message after the win over Udinese. And his choices confirm this philosophy: Inter are not dependent on one or two players, but have a wide offensive arsenal.

However, this very feeling of superiority can turn into a problem. The Blues have shown that they can recover even from major disadvantages, but repeated mistakes and moments of lack of concentration can cost them dearly against stronger opponents.

Inter look like a powerful machine. The challenge for Chivu now is to convince the team that they can't always rely on their ability to turn things around.
