While citizens have been filling the square in front of the Prime Minister's Office for 15 days demanding the removal of Edi Rama and his government, a sudden movement has come from within the SP group.

Marjana Koçeku, also known as "Neo Malësorja", has announced that she will be an independent MP from today. Koçeku thus sets an example of distancing herself from the socialist group, inspiring today's protest on the 15th day.

"From today on, I am an independent MP. My ideals and values ​​are those that I have had and expressed since before I was associated with a party. They define my boundaries," she writes on social media.
