Mark Nika, the uncle of Aleksa Nika, one of the four protesters killed 15 years ago in the protest held on January 21, 2011, appeared before SPAK today.
The news is confirmed for BalkanWeb by journalist Klodiana Lala.
It is learned that Mark Nika has requested a meeting with Alfred Shehu, the prosecutor who is investigating the "January 21" case.
