22-year-old Erisjaldo Gjuta has been arrested by police after being declared wanted yesterday.
Gjuta is the boyfriend of the 18-year-old who was injured yesterday by gunfire while in a hotel room in Tirana, owned by Gjuta's family.
He is accused of the criminal offenses of "Failure to report a crime", "Actions that impede the discovery of the truth", committed in collaboration, and "Unauthorized possession of explosive weapons and ammunition".
"Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes against Life and Property, in cooperation with Police Commissariat No. 1, arrested and detained citizen E. Gj., 22 years old, who was declared wanted yesterday for the criminal offenses of "Failure to report a crime", "Actions that hinder the discovery of the truth", committed in collaboration, and "Unauthorized possession of explosive weapons and ammunition"", the police statement states.
