The loan portfolio reached approximately 800 million Euros, a very high annual growth of 41% (+230 million Euros). This expansion underlines Tirana Bank's role in continuous support for individuals and businesses, positioning itself as a reliable partner for financing and developing the economy.
Tirana Bank has played an important role in financing strategic sectors of the Albanian economy, including trade, infrastructure, renewable energy, tourism and agribusiness, contributing to the country's economic development.

During 2024, Tirana Bank has invested significantly in digital transformation, improving the customer experience through more advanced and efficient services. One of the main achievements was the introduction of the TiStart platform, which enables individuals to open accounts completely online, without the need for a physical presence in a branch. In addition, the optimization of lending processes through technology has enabled faster loan approval and disbursement.

As part of its commitment to offering customers exclusive products, Tirana Bank introduced for the first time to the Albanian market the Mastercard World Elite card, a high-end product that offers unique privileges and services for premium customers.
