With this success, Manchester United climbs to 54 points in the standings and leaves behind Aston Villa, who remains with 51 points. Happy after this triumph was the coach of the “Red Devils”, Michael Carrick, who commented on the success of his team in this way: “We can enjoy this victory,” Carrick told the BBC. “It’s a very good feeling and something we want to get used to more and more. We are staying grounded and we understand well where we are and what it takes to win matches like today. We are currently in a good position, but there is still a lot to play for.”
