For years, Blerim Kruja, a cameraman from Shkodra, has been on the front lines of every event, bringing exclusive footage, interviews, and testimonies to News 24. He never thought that one day he would be the subject of a sad piece of news. On the evening of August 8, his apartment in Shkodra was completely destroyed by flames, leaving Blerim, his wife with 4 children, and his mother in the open.

The Kruja family's apartment was completely destroyed by the flames, while Blerim himself was unable to save anything, not even some of the savings he had accumulated over the years. After the event that shocked the entire Kruja family, their friends have opened a "gofundme" inviting all Albanians to contribute to the reconstruction of the house. Faced with difficulties like never before, Blerim appeals to all those who have the opportunity to help him in this difficult moment to rebuild his apartment.

The money donated and the aid collected so far are insufficient for the reconstruction of the Kruja family's apartment, which hopes that this will be possible so that the 4 children will have a shelter after this disaster.
