A 34-year-old man has been arrested by the Lezha police, accused of producing cannabis. Official police sources reported that the citizen with the initials DV, 34 years old, resident of the village of Tresh, was arrested.

The anti-drug operation, codenamed "Furia", continues. As a result of a 2-year proactive investigation, the co-author of the production of 92 kilograms of Cannabis, in the village of Gjonbardhaj, has been identified and arrested. 3 cutting tools (knives) were found in the detainee's apartment.
Following the investigation and operational actions, carried out in coordination with the Prosecutor's Office, within the framework of the anti-drug operation, codenamed "Furia", conducted in 2024, with the aim of bringing to criminal responsibility the perpetrators of a case of production of the narcotic substance Cannabis Sativa, the Narcotics Investigation specialists, with the support of the services of the "Eagle" Special Force, detained citizen DV, 34 years old, resident of the village of Tresh.
From the investigative actions, it is suspected that the 34-year-old, in collaboration with citizen Gj. M. (arrested during the operation), in October 2024, produced 92 kilograms of the narcotic Cannabis Sativa that was found in a stable in the village of Gjonbardhaj, Kashnjet.
From the recent search conducted in the apartment of citizen DV, 3 cutting tools (knives) were found, which he possessed without permission. The procedural materials were referred to the Lezha Prosecutor's Office for further action.
