Minister Blendi Gonxhja is in the Laws Committee, where he spoke, among other things, about the Kanye West concert, which took place a short time ago in Tirana and for which the Albanian government paid 4.3 million euros.
The minister stated that the bill is, in fact, being billed to the protesters, because it was their fault that the concert could fail.
"The concert turned into a windmill, to which every protester of that part that was anathematizing the wrong objective turned. Sabotaged, undermined, put on the list of objectives of a protest, where in some aspects it left much to be desired. I am talking about the violent and bullying part, which was not aware of the damage it could cause to the country and of the damage that can be measured even by the cost of the bill of this normative act.
"If there were a NIPT for that part of the protest, this bill would belong to them, in fact, to that part of the protest that, out of ignorance, malice or ignorance, created this situation... to guarantee that events of this level do not fail, even if such unforeseen acts take place in the country," he said.
