A 2-month-old baby who was urgently sent for more specialized treatment due to his critical condition has died in a Tirana hospital.
The baby arrived yesterday (March 13) in serious condition and is reported to have died a few hours after arriving at the QSUT, but despite the intervention of doctors, he could not live.
The investigation team confirms that the materials for the case have been sent to the Korça prosecutor's office, where during the investigation it will be revealed whether the cause of death was malnutrition or any other health problem that the baby may have had since birth.
