Tirana police have arrested 40-year-old Eledion Marku, who crashed his car into the steps of the Prime Minister's Office on Sunday morning and then kicked the door of the institution.
The 40-year-old from Tirana is accused of the criminal offenses of "Unlawful Deprivation of Liberty", "Destruction of Property", "Disturbance of Public Peace" and "Violation of Traffic Rules".
According to sources, Mark is suspected of suffering from mental health disorders, as even in his statements he does not give reasons for the incident.
