An accident was recorded today in Elbasan, where an 18-year-old man has been declared wanted by the police.
According to the official announcement, traffic specialists are working to apprehend citizen J. Sh., who is suspected of driving a motorcycle on "Aqif Pasha" Boulevard, hitting a bicycle on which a minor was riding and then leaving the scene.
As a result of the accident, the minor was injured, but his life is out of danger. Authorities continue to work to fully clarify the circumstances and arrest the driver of the vehicle.
