A road accident has been recorded on the Lushnje-Fier highway, near the place known as "Driver's Rest".

According to preliminary information, two married couples traveling on a motorcycle collided with a Range Rover vehicle during an overtaking attempt. It is learned that both the motorcycle and the vehicle were performing an overtaking maneuver of an agricultural vehicle when the collision occurred.

As a result of the accident, the two people on the motorcycle were injured and were urgently transported to Lushnja Hospital to receive medical attention.

Traffic Police services have arrived at the scene, and are conducting investigative actions to determine the causes and circumstances of the accident.
