The Librazhd-Prrenjas road axis, which was reopened to traffic this week after intensive field interventions, will be accessible to all types of vehicles.
According to ARRSH, the temporary axis in the initial phase will be paved with compacted ballast, to enable the normal passage of vehicles, including heavy tonnage vehicles. ARRSH emphasizes that for a period of about 10 days, the road will be consolidated through natural compaction and from the traffic of vehicles that will pass over it.
After this stabilization phase, this road segment will undergo the asphalting process, turning into a fully functional and standardized axis. ARRSH guarantees that the work will continue at a rapid pace, in order to ensure the long-term sustainability and safety of this segment, which connects Tirana with the southeast of the country and constitutes an important corridor for the movement of citizens and the transport of goods.
The reopening of this axis will significantly ease traffic and restore normality for residents and businesses in the area, after the difficult days of disruption to movement.
