The Constitutional Court convened at 11:00 am today, leaving the issue being considered a mystery.

Journalist Klodiana Lala reports that according to sources, the issue being reviewed and for which a decision is expected to be made is Prime Minister Edi Rama's request to declare the suspension of Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku unconstitutional.

The judges left the deliberation room for only a few minutes to have lunch and have returned, while sources from the court indicate that the decision will be made today.

This is the 3rd meeting of the CC on this issue, with the previous two meetings failing after some members requested more time.

The "Balluku" case is the issue of the highest public interest, among the issues that the Constitutional Court is currently reviewing, given the reinstatement of Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku.
