Following the serious incident where 56 students of the Security Academy were poisoned by food consumed on the institution's premises, the General Director of the State Police, Major General Skender Hita, held a visit and meeting with the students and employees in training, conveying messages about ethics, integrity and professionalism.
In his speech, Hita emphasized the importance of their mission as future law enforcement and security officers, considering the trust of citizens as the foundation of police work.
"The trust of citizens is our greatest asset. Appreciate every lesson, behave with ethics and integrity," he said.
Addressing the students, the Police Director praised their choice to join the Security Academy and emphasized the responsibility that this profession brings.
"Dear students, your choice to join the Security Academy is to be commended. It requires dedication, discipline and a sense of responsibility," said Hita, adding that professional training and integrity are essential for their careers.
Hita also underlined that the Academy operates with contemporary standards and programs harmonized with international practices, while emphasizing that service to the country requires continuous commitment and honesty.
