The Albanian national football team will play two friendly matches in June, which will be the first step in preparations for participation in the Nations League that starts in September, as they are expected to be played in Tirana.
In today's conversation with the media, the president of the Albanian Football Federation, Armand Duka, revealed that the names that will play against Albania are teams that have not managed to secure a ticket to the World Cup, mentioning one that is very close to an agreement, as well as two others with which negotiations are underway for the next date.
"June friendlies? The first one is with Luxembourg in Tirana, but we haven't signed the agreement with them yet. Then we are in discussions with many teams for the next match also in Tirana. It could be Chile, Denmark and some other team."
"Italy, no, we haven't even talked to Italy. These are the ones we're discussing. We haven't talked about a friendly with Kosovo," Duka explained.
