General Practitioner Aurora Dollenberg in an interview in "News24", spoke about high temperatures and the health risks posed by this situation.

"The heat has been associated with more elderly people having emergencies as a result of the heat. It must be said that there has been an increase in medical emergencies. The ideal temperature for the body is around 20 degrees Celsius," she said.

Also during the interview, she emphasized that it is very important to be careful to maintain the balance and temperature of the air that surrounds us, because as the doctor said, organization is a biological machine.

"We see children and the elderly most affected by infections. The moment we have the opportunity to cool the body, we help the organization. But when we are constantly exposed to heat and do not have a cold day, then it brings more problems, even though we may be young or healthier. Many young people neglect the summer and work in the heat, and emergencies become even more frequent. The air temperature that surrounds us must be favorable. The organization is a biological machine and needs balance," she said.
