Information technology expert Erion Demiraj, invited to "Studio 24", stated that a suitable environment has been created in Albania for the development of Call Centers, where according to him, certain cities, such as Durrës and Tirana, are the most preferred, while people from Vlora are often avoided due to perceptions about the method of communication.

Demiraj underlined that such activities cannot function solely on the basis of a technical element, but require a combination of factors, including human resources and communication strategies.

An important role, according to the expert, is also played by artificial intelligence, which is used to analyze the profiles of individuals and study their reaction patterns.

"This is where profiling begins," Demiraj emphasized, adding that the use of advanced technologies is becoming increasingly common in such activities.
