Prime Minister Edi Rama held a press conference regarding Chapter 5 of the negotiation process, “Public Procurement.” He announced that a fully state-owned company will be created that will help the country move forward in the integration process and the “tasks” that must be fulfilled by Albania.

What has attracted attention is the fact that the company "Albanian Digital Solutions", a sister company of AKSHI, will be 100 percent state-owned and will operate separately from it.

"The process will be traceable and for anyone who has claims it will be possible to return to the starting point to see the process manually. The system is planned to be with transparency principles written by international institutions. Each announcement will be published simultaneously in the European Tender Daily. We will be in a completely different phase, within this mandate for Albania in the EU 2030. The system is not a technological system for a manifesto of will for Albania as a state.

The sun will mark the transition from one era to another of doing business. We will present the detailed plan below, but we will also start by recruiting digital technology specialists in this project and not only. AKSHI is no longer alone, it will function separately with a new public company "Albanian Digital Solutions", a 100 percent state-owned company that will aim to recruit the best in the market, pay them more than any other in the market, and become a driving force for a country that aims to make great leaps forward in all areas", he said.
