The Albanian Embassy in Beijing opened its doors a few days ago for an event dedicated to visual arts and cultural exchanges between Albania, Italy and China.
In the presence of the Albanian Ambassador to China, Riza Poda, the Italian Ambassador, representatives of the diplomatic corps, art lovers and participating artists, a visual art exhibition was inaugurated, which brought to the center contemporary Albanian, Italian, Chinese creativity and artistic dialogue between the countries.
In his speech, Albanian Ambassador Poda emphasized the importance of continuing these initiatives to build bridges of mutual understanding and respect.
Meanwhile, the participating artists shared their emotions with the public, talking about the creative process and the meaning of their works in the intercultural context of this exhibition.
The event was enriched by the performance of two virtuoso Albanian instrumentalists, Kristina Petrollari and Dorina Laro, who brought the sounds of traditional and classical Albanian music to the international audience.
The activity was praised as an excellent example of cultural diplomacy, further strengthening ties between peoples through art and inter-institutional cooperation.
The ceremony marked the official opening of the “Endless River” exhibition, featuring artists from Albania, Italy and other names in international contemporary art. The exhibition will remain open at the premises of the Albanian Embassy in China until October 27.
