The Ambassador of Albania in Skopje, Denion Meidani, has praised the protest of Albanian students in North Macedonia, which, according to him, deserves appreciation for its civic engagement and the democratic way of articulating the demand.

Meidani has reconfirmed support for students, underlining that the right to use the mother tongue is guaranteed and must be clearly reflected in practice, in accordance with the Constitution and legislation in force.

"This requires a measured, responsible and institutional response oriented towards sustainable solutions, through constructive dialogue and full respect for guaranteed rights," writes the Albanian ambassador to North Macedonia, Denion Meidani.
