A citizen from the Albanian diaspora in Belgium has spoken out at the protest against Edi Rama's government, demanding the government's removal and a greater role for young people in running the country.
He stated that trust should be given to youth, which he considered as the force that can take Albania forward.
"Edi Rama and his government must leave. He must leave leadership to the youth. We must give our trust to the youth, because only they can take Albania forward," said the citizen.
He called for caution against what he described as attempts to restore the old politics, addressing young people and citizens in particular.
"The manipulators will use all means to go back to the old politics. Away from the old politics," he said.
Next, the citizen from the diaspora listed some of the priorities that, according to him, an Albania led by a new generation should have, among them preserving sovereignty, strengthening defense, developing the economy at the service of citizens, and improving education.
"Youth must preserve Albanian sovereignty, the dignity of the nation, strengthen defense, the economy to serve the people, create education that adapts to the conditions and prepares a youth with all the possibilities," he concluded.
