Activist Luçiana Kokaj, invited to the News 24 lunch program, opposite Ola Bruko, spoke about the violence exercised by the police during the protest in front of the Parliament.
She said that the spray was thrown without prior notice and a rubber baton was used.
Kokaj said that he was not given first aid after the injuries he sustained. The activist stated that they have filed complaints and are awaiting an investigation by the AMP.

I was with the police from the very beginning, because one of the policemen took out the bottle of solution and tried to hit the protesters with the bottle.
We who were there at first were in very severe pain. Then the ambulance came and they took me out because there were two police officers, they didn't even give me first aid.
For my eyes, I continue the treatment for ten days.

MP Kapri sent me to the hospital because no other ambulance came, they simply locked us in a cafe in the "Toptani" center.
Two other activists were also there and had sustained injuries.
The moment when the police sprayed was the moment when we were trying to prevent the deputies from leaving. They did it without warning, because there were elderly people and pregnant women there. Arbër Lleshi and Arbion Nikolli, activists for years, were arrested there, beaten and escorted away just because they asked what was happening to the other protester. It was shameful that they were hit in the police cars. Hitaj denied it, but he was beaten. When Arbri was arrested, a knee was placed on his neck, but his eyes looked normal, while at Police Station 3 he had a black eye.
It's not just his word to the police.
"Some have gone and made denunciations at AMP, because an egg is not parallel to a rubber bat," she said.
