An anti-drug operation has been conducted by the Tirana Police, where it is learned that 30 arrest warrants have been issued by the Prosecutor's Office.

This is about cracking down on several criminal groups involved for some time in the sale and distribution of narcotics in various areas of the capital.

Investigations have been underway for some time by the Tirana Anti-Drugs Unit. There have been previous raids where, based on the analysis of communications, evidence has been found implicating the persons suspected of being involved.

Based on the investigations, the anti-drugs department has used both proactive methods and incentive purchases. It is not yet known how many people have been arrested, or how much narcotics have been seized by the blues.
