Alternative doctor Ylli Merja has explained anxiety in children. In a conversation for the show 'This Week' on News24 journalist Nisida Tufa shared a success story about how a third-grade child suffered from anxiety, which caused him to be possessive and lack the desire to learn.

He said that the age group of 11-18 is the age group least affected by anxiety, but such cases cannot be ruled out. In this age group, the most common cause of severe psychological distress is the telephone and wasting time on useless things.

"There is a growing number, especially in recent years. A child in the third grade comes to me who suffered from anxiety. He was, so to speak, in a state of stress that no one was scaring or threatening him. He knew very few letters. I gave him a treatment to calm his nervous system.

We would activate it during the day at work, and put it to sleep at night. He would only play on the phone, because the light from the phone kills the brain a lot. His eyes would get tired. He would feel flashes in his eyes. The tired optic nerve was tiring his nervous system. It gave him pain in the front of his head. He had an itchy nose, snoring at night.

He didn't even know how to read. He learned for 3 months to learn and be a good student. He became a normal person. The phone and parasites in the intestines have an impact on anxiety.

The phone damages the optic nerve and the digestive system in the body," he said. Focusing on alternative services, Merja gave valuable advice to regulate daily dynamics. "The alarm in the human brain deepens, these people fall into depression.

It is a false alarm for the human body if they cannot fill with breath. Man is a biological being, so he must be connected to nature, fed with natural things. His sleep, his schedule, must also be regulated. When a person gets up in the morning, he must do at least 2-3 minutes of gymnastics. A warm tea is recommended, with a little basil and rosemary and saffron," he stated.

But what is the right dose of medicinal herbs to combat anxiety? Merja added that; "Sleep should not go beyond 23:00 for children or adults. There are herbs that we should drink as teas. Basil and rosemary should be drunk in the morning, at lunch and not at dinner. At dinner, bee grass, valerian, lavender and hawthorn, which calm the nervous system."
