Ardian Çapja, sentenced to life imprisonment, has requested special permission to leave prison and attend his mother's funeral ceremony.
His request is expected to be reviewed taking into account the high level of security that accompanies serving a sentence, as well as the measures that must be taken to guarantee his safety during his transport and stay outside the prison.
The final decision will be made after the authorities assess all the circumstances and conditions necessary for accompanying the convicted person during the funeral ceremony.
