A young man who spoke at the protest in front of the Prime Minister's Office demanded the arrest of Prime Minister Edi Rama and former Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku, calling for an Albania where officials are held accountable before the law.

"Arrest Rama, arrest Balluku. The love for Albania is that we are here. We need an Albania where the prime minister, the minister, the deputy know well that power is not property, but has been entrusted to them by this people. We are looking for institutions, not above the law, we want transparency for our money. We are not looking to replace one untouchable with another, but there should be no more untouchables before the law. We have forgotten how Albania is governed. We want a new Albania. Not only with new people, but with new people in mindset. I am a nobody, just like you, but the government has no right to ignore me. Albania has millions of 'nobodies'. But when these nobodys come together, they are a whole people. It is a force that makes the difference. The change is here and the trust is in you. Long live Albania, long live the people!", he said.
