In the show "This Week" in News24 Luciano Boçi also commented on the Belinda Balluku issue, giving his argument on how he sees the continuation of the Mandates Commission meeting on January 28.
Boçi underlined that according to him, an attempt will be made to postpone it as much as possible with the argument of the Constitutional Court's decision not being issued.
How do you predict the meeting of the Mandates Commission on January 28? Will he have immunity or not?
"This meeting will be tried to be postponed as much as possible and the argument that the leftists will bring to the table is that the Constitutional Court has not issued a decision, they have used it once. Maybe the Constitutional Court will take it to Venice and introduce another delay and in the most extreme case of voting, I predict that the leftists will vote against lifting immunity, but they will not go here because they are being discredited and they know this very well. They will wait 30 days, they will say, and thus they will close the meeting of the mandate council," he said.
