Analyst Fatos Lubonja, invited to the studio of the show "This Week" in News24, commented on the latest political developments in the country, focusing on SPAK's accusations against Belinda Balluku, who has been suspended from her duties as Deputy Prime Minister, while the Special Prosecution Office has requested her arrest.

Lubonja raised questions about the handling of the Balluk case compared to the case of former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj, suggesting that the difference may be related to the political impact of the alleged affairs.

"What is the difference between Ahmetaj and Balluk? Were crimes found in Ahmetaj and not in Balluk? Or is the difference that Ahmetaj's crimes did not affect Rama, while Balluk's do? I believe it is the latter," he said.

According to the analyst, when such issues are reduced to procedural debates, the essence of the problem is lost. He stressed that Balluk's immunity should be lifted, adding that this has nothing to do with the Constitutional Court's decision to suspend her from office.

"More evidence has been added for Balluk and therefore SPAK has requested her arrest. I believe that is the case," said Lubonja.
