The Constitutional Court is expected to issue a decision today regarding Prime Minister Edi Rama's request to declare the security measure of suspension from office unconstitutional.

Invited to News24, journalist Anduena Llabani, has made strong statements, saying that members of the Constitutional Court have been threatened to give a decision in favor of Balluk, but that there were those who have resisted the pressures, even though they were personally contacted by the Minister of Infrastructure.

She added that if the decision taken by the Constitutional Court is in favor of Balluk, SPAK's action against the GJK is also expected.

"Journalists have a duty to inform citizens about what lies beneath the surface."

It is true that I have said that I will not celebrate Valentine's Day, and apparently things are going in this direction. Today's decision of the Court of Cassation, I have no information whether there will be a decision today or not, but I would not be surprised if there is a tie vote.

Mention three components. Some of the members of the GJK are under full monitoring by internationals and SPAJK for abusive actions with an element of politics and may have been compromised for Balluk's vote.

Members have been contacted directly by Mrs. Balluku about the quorum of votes. The Constitutional Court also has disobedient members who have opposed Mrs. Balluku, and these are even named, there have often been interventions and threats. If these two elements are confirmed, after the decision of the Constitutional Court we may see a blow to the Constitutional Court by SPAK. Members of the Constitutional Court have been bought by politics to give decisions", she said.
