The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, stressed that Prime Minister Edi Rama is exercising terror against the Constitutional Court in the case of Belinda Balluku, suspended from duty by a decision of the Constitutional Court.
Berisha underlined that anyone who commits illegal acts, steals citizens' money, is suspended and arrested, whether a minister, prime minister or president. Describing Rama's statements as fraud, as he only intends to save himself.
"He took the deputy prime minister and took him to Ankara, bargained for 50 million euros as a start. But the thief is suspended and arrested anywhere in the world. Be it a minister, a prime minister, or a president. And this will convince us if the Constitution is violated. If it weren't for the lady, I would say that she was Edi Rama's "shirt". He said it himself, this is the only thing that gets me work and now he is terrorizing the court. I guarantee the citizens that we will work on the recommendations of the OSCE/ODIHR," he said.
He also emphasized that Rama used all the state's resources, all the money earned from drugs, in the elections.
"Edi Rama won the elections from drugs. From drug cartels and crime, he won by using all the party's resources. Igli Hasani called the other head of the observers to the office and told him where you base what you wrote. All the facts show to what extent they are willing to threaten the international factor," said Berisha.
