Bayern Munich have been busy planning for the new season, with the two main priorities being to renew the contracts of Harry Kane and Manuel Neuer. At the same time, Bayern's management have launched an attack to secure the services of Anthony Gordon. According to Bild, Bayern have reached a total agreement with the English striker, but they must also find an economic agreement with the Newcastle team.

According to the German daily, the "coal" values Gordon's card at 90 million euros, but this is considered a high figure by Bayern, with the latter not wanting to invest more than 60 million euros. The gap between demand and supply is large, but Bayern's leaders hope that the player's desire to transfer to Germany will make the difference at this point, so that Newcastle lowers their claims.

The obstacle for Bayern is the strong competition as Anthony Gordon is interested in several big teams in the Premier League, teams like Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool and Man.City, but Barcelona has also shown concrete interest. Gordon's possible transfer to Munich would change the balance in the attacking phase, as players like Gnabry or Musiola would lose quotas in the starting lineup.
