Former Democratic MP Ervin Salianji has reacted from Peshkopia after being excluded from the race for the leadership of the Democratic Party, declaring that he will continue meetings with Democrats across the country.

During his speech to supporters, Salianji said that no decision will stop the movement he has started within the DP.

"Nothing will stop us. We will continue the meetings throughout Albania, the people are waiting for us, the democrats are waiting for us," he declared.

Salianji expressed his conviction that the Democratic Party can return victorious through change and openness towards the Democrats.

"We will make the DP victorious, we will give Albania a different model," said the former Democratic MP.
