DP leader Sali Berisha has returned from a visit to the United States of America.

Berisha was greeted with cheers from supporters. According to him, this was a journey, which he called renewal.

He further highlighted that Donald Trump also spoke at the Republican Convention in Texas, speaking against communism, against dictatorial regimes mixed with crimes.

DP leader Sali Berisha: This was the most refreshing trip of my life. The Republican Convention in Texas was very important. More important was the speech of US President Donald Trump. Trump's speech has made the Sultan of Surrel afraid. He said that communism and organized crime are the biggest dangers for a nation.

I was on this visit, where I was with the leader of the Albanian Republicans, Fatmir Mediu. On this visit, I was taken back with my friends 35 years ago. I found the diaspora much stronger than before, a diaspora that is economically strong, a diaspora that has now become entrepreneurs and has been educated in the most important schools in the world. So, what I can tell you is that it was a journey of renewal in the true sense of the word.
