The Constitutional Court has set December 17, at 10:00, for the court session regarding the lawsuit filed by former Prime Minister Sali Berisha.
The hearing will take place without the presence of the parties, based on documents filed by lawyers and relevant institutions.
In the lawsuit, Berisha requests that the decision taken in September and December 2024, by which he was placed under "house arrest", be declared incompatible with the Constitution.
The decision that the Constitutional Court will make on December 17 is expected to be of particular importance, as it may affect the continuation of the judicial proceedings against Berisha, who is accused by SPAK in the framework of the investigations into the affair of the former "Partizani" complex.
