The Chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has republished on social networks a video from the NATO Summit, which shows Prime Minister Edi Rama during the leaders' conference at the NATO Summit.
In his Facebook post, Berisha shared the video that has gone viral on social networks, stating that the Albanian prime minister remained lonely during the activity.
"When you become a clown, you have a little bit of this too!" Berisha writes in the description accompanying the video.
