Prime Minister Edi Rama has not stopped attacking prosecutors and judges in the country, while emphasizing that they should deal with the message and not the messenger. He said that magistrates should do their job, as they are paid as much as a chicken. He also recalled the attack that Berisha once made on former Chief Prosecutor Ina Rama, labeling her a 'boulevard whore'.

"Where were they hiding when Berisha was raising the coup plotters and demoting the boulevard whore, the chief prosecutor. Now we are entering Europe. Now, today, at this time, the one who could not become my successor because he was my predecessor, cannot articulate half a word even after he comes out and reads the house book to the most courageous prosecutor. So I suggest they deal with the message, not the messenger, that they are paid by Albanian taxes like a chicken with 500 advisors and a secretary to govern the justice system and not complain about non-existent threats.

We will never interfere in justice issues. But when I raise my voice that I am ashamed when I read the EC report on pre-trial detainees in Albania and nothing is done to treat the report seriously, on the contrary, the only thing that makes them feel that they exist are the statements about me, this is to put your hands on your head. These are becoming too many reasons to put your hands on your head", he said.
