During the hearing, the plaintiff appeared in court with her lawyer and asked to withdraw the charges. She had submitted a medical certificate granting her 12 days off from work.
The prosecution requested 180 days in prison, but the judge decided otherwise and released the 33-year-old on condition that he attend psychological therapy for five months.
