Klodian Braho, a candidate in the race for the new head of SPAK, while reporting to the KLP, received a 'spec' question from a KLP member regarding how he comments on the term 'Republic of Prosecutors'.

Braho said he doesn't know such a term and thinks there might be one.

"The term 'Republic of Prosecutors' does not suit me and I do not recognize this term. I do not believe that there is a Republic of Prosecutors in Albania. They have the duty to enforce the Criminal Procedure Code, and the court evaluates whether they have done so or not. There is no such term. If the court's decision does not suit us, then we look at the legal path. If the courts think all this way, then there is a problem with the way people conceive of law," said Braho.
