The candidate for head of SPAK, Klodian Braho, stated that his biggest challenge if he is to be at the head of this institution will be its maturity, to move into an irreversible phase.
He told the members of the KLP that he would not invent things.
"The goal and objective of my work is to follow the case to the end, the standards and the pursuit and respect for human rights. The reference point will be the international partner institutions. We will not invent things. Past joint investigations have given us the opportunity to gain experience and see things differently. The biggest challenge is for the SPAK institution to mature and move to that point of no return. It should no longer matter who is the prosecutor or substitute, but to have standards. This is achieved by maintaining the independence of the institution, of the prosecutors, and by growing the institution with better standards," he said.
