Analyst Edvin Kulluri said that in Albania, breaking the law is encouraged. During the interview on the show “Studio24” IN News24, while speaking about the action against Call Centers in Tirana, said that public institutions have been prevented from carrying out their duties.

Kulluri also brought to attention the Belinda Balluku scandal, saying that a person suspected by the Prosecution of having committed corrupt acts is being protected by the government.

"Here, those who are smaller are being caught because there are much bigger fish here. Politics when it is related to crime does not leave the lion's share to ordinary crime. Time has shown this. I believe that as happened with hashish in 2016, which I believe is the biggest scandal, in 2016, SHISH employees were taken hostage, police directors were beaten in cars... The State Police, or SHISH, does not function here or they do not let them. So what I notice is that here public institutions are prevented from exercising their duties due to political pressure. Let's not forget that breaking the law is being inspired. What has happened in recent months with the case of the deputy prime minister, where the government becomes a shield for a person suspected by the prosecution of having committed corrupt acts, I believe that shows a lot. So the Call Center has become like the work of hashish...", he said, among other things.
