The Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, has decided to dismiss two deputy mayors, Vasilika Vjero and Ilir Mëngra, and appoint Etleva Bisha as deputy mayor.
Etleva Bisha comes to this position with a prominent political and professional profile. Among the founders of FRESH, with a long commitment to the Socialist Party, she has been part of the reform of social services during the leadership of the ministry by Erion Veliaj.
In recent years, Bisha has consolidated her profile as a local government expert, collaborating with some of the most important international organizations operating in Albania.
