A citizen participating in the protest in Skanderbeg Square has called for a broader reaction against the government.
"Fear has been killed, but it is not enough. A greater response is needed," he said, accusing the government of the situation in the country.
"With 7501 they have killed Albanians. There will be no water in 2026," said the citizen, while addressing Albanians living abroad with another appeal.
"I ask Montenegro, Chameria, wherever Albanians are, to gather. And that's where Rama gets scared," he declared.
