The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, in his communication to the media after appearing before SPAK in implementation of the "Obligation to Appear" decision, also spoke about the Constitutional Court's decision regarding him.

He made an analogy regarding the decision made by the Criminal Court regarding Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku.

"The Constitutional Court is a section of a party organization of the Socialist Party. The Constitutional Court dealt with that issue after 8 months of submission, while it deals with issues related to the government within 2-3 weeks. The Constitutional Court, in a coded, party decision, declared the decision against me unconstitutional, but it did annul it. Meanwhile, that decision still has consequences today. It did not annul it by claiming that it is no longer in force, but its consequences are in force. The decision, in any doctrine, the decision should have been annulled. It made a decision in favor of Lubia and other Lubias who will go there. The other decisions were opened up for it to annul. It did not annul my decision, claiming that it is not in force," he said.
