Today marks the 41st anti-government protest, with thousands of citizens expected to gather again in Tirana to demand the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama and the change of the old political class. As in previous days, participants will initially gather at Skanderbeg Square, then march towards the Prime Minister's Office building, where the main rally will take place.

Protesters are also demanding a change in the Albanian political class. Among the chants heard during the march were "Rama in prison, Berisha in prison," expressing dissatisfaction with key political figures.

The protest is considered the largest, longest-lasting and most sustainable to have taken place in Albania since the fall of the communist regime.

The rally initially began as a protest against the construction of a resort in the Zvernec area, but over the days it has expanded to include broader political and social demands. Participants have expressed dissatisfaction with the government, which they accuse of corruption.
