The former mayor of Divjaka, Fredi Kokoneshi, appeared today at the Criminal Court, where the first preliminary hearing will be held.
Kokoneshi, who is already a SPAK defendant, is accused of the criminal offense of "abuse of office."
Dorjan Spaho, Andi Bullari and Ledio Xharo have also been charged with the same criminal offense.
