Milan - Albanians in Milan have held their 16th protest in a row against Edi Rama's government.

Protesters gathered in Piazza Mercanti, with red and black flags and banners, repeating the call "Albania is not for sale."

The protests are part of a movement launched on May 31 in our country, which initially focused on opposing the construction of a luxury resort in a protected area.

Activists in Milan say their demands have expanded to include political change, free elections and the protection of citizens' rights.

Organizers say that protests will continue in other cities in Italy, while the possibility of a march from the Albanian Consulate to Piazza del Duomo is also being considered.
