The head of the Albanian Football Association, Armando Duka, revealed some details from the conversation about whether or not to extend the contract with the national team coach, Sylvinho.
He said that after the match in Ukraine, they had talked and agreed to close this cycle for both parties.
"We started discussions with Sylvinho when we returned from Ukraine, and he took his time. Together we came to the conclusion that ending the cycle would be good for both parties. We part with the utmost respect for each other and for the work," he said.
