The Disciplinary and Ethics Commission of the Albanian Football Association (AFHA) has made decisions regarding recent sporting events in all categories of Albanian football. Partizani and Tirana must compensate for the damages caused in the derby held at "Air Albania".
The Vlora club Flamurtari has been fined 50 thousand lekë due to the fans' inappropriate behavior.
Decisions:
1. KF Tirana is ordered to compensate for the damages caused to the "Air Albania" Stadium according to the act of ascertainment, within 15 days.
2. FK Partizani is ordered to compensate for the damages caused to the "Air Albania" Stadium according to the act of ascertainment, within 15 days.
3. Flamurtari FC, for the misconduct of the spectators, lighting flares and other pyrotechnic devices causing delays in the start of the game, based on article 17/2/c of the KDE, is fined 50.000 (fifty thousand) lekë.
4. The official of KF Tërbuni, Redon Marku, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
5. The official of KF Tepelena, Ilir Selimi, for threatening match officials, based on article 14/1/k of the KDE, is sentenced to 10 (ten) matches suspension from activities. In accordance with article 6/2/c of the KDE, the official is prohibited from entering all stadiums and sports activities organized by the FSHF, until the end of the sentence.
6. KF Klosi player, Ergys Kola, for attacking opposing players, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is sentenced to 6 (six) matches suspension from activities.
7. FK Tomori U-19 official, Iken Droboniku, for protesting against the decisions of the match officials, based on article 14/1/c of the KDE, is punished with a 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
8. KF Tirana U-18 player, Alerio Kola, for violent behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/h of the KDE, is punished with a 3 (three) match suspension from activities.
9. KF Pogradeci U-17 player, Ergji Gjene, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards opposing players and match officials, based on articles 14/1/b and 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 6 (six) match suspension from activities.
10. FK Partizani Femra player, Liridona Gashi, for violent behavior towards opposing players and threatening the match official, based on articles 14/1/h and 14/1/k of the KDE, is punished with a 15 (fifteen) match suspension from activities.
11. FK Partizani Femra player, Egzona Gashi, for violent behavior towards opposing players and threatening the match official, based on articles 14/1/h and 14/1/k of the KDE, is punished with a 15 (fifteen) match suspension from activities.
12. TR 19 Academy U-11, for failure to fulfill obligations and responsibilities causing the abandonment of the valid match of the Second Category U-11 Championship, against Triumph A U-11, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100.000 (one hundred thousand) lek and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
13. Drini Sport official, Gers Koldashi, for assaulting match officials, pursuant to Article 14/1/l of the KDE, is sentenced to 1 (one) year suspension from activities. Pursuant to Article 6/2/c of the KDE, the official is prohibited from entering all stadiums and sporting events organized by the Albanian Football Association (AFHA) until the end of the sentence.
14. The player of the 2017 U-17 Eagles, Mateo Brahaj, for attacking opposing players, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is sentenced to 6 (six) matches of suspension from activities.
15. The player of the 2017 U-17 Eagles, Bledion Peposhi, for attacking opposing players, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is sentenced to 6 (six) matches of suspension from activities.
16. The player of the 2017 U-17 Eagles, Ibrahim Mece, for attacking opposing players, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is sentenced to 6 (six) matches of suspension from activities.
17. The player of the 2017 U-17 Eagles, Ergis Todaj, for attacking opposing players, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is sentenced to 6 (six) matches of suspension from activities.
18. The player of the 2017 U-17 Eagles, Griseld Oka, for attacking opposing players, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is sentenced to 6 (six) matches of suspension from activities.
19. The player of Olimpik Durrës U-17, Kleisi Lamo, for attacking opposing players, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is sentenced to 6 (six) matches suspension from activities.
20. KF Bylis B, for activating players who were not eligible to play in the valid Second Category match, against FK Partizani B, based on articles 19/2 and 19/4/a of the KDE, loses the match on the table with the score 3-0.
21. Rejection of the request of the KF Naftetari official, Edison Kapo, as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
22. Rejection of the request of KF Iliria player, Adolf Selmani, as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
